The following amounts will be retained in case of cancellation prior to the arrival date:
Less than 72 hours before arrival: 100% of room tariff.
Accommodation will be provided for the booked dates only. No refund will be made for unused nights or early check-outs. Postponing the booking dates will be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.
Clients are expected to respect the decisions of the management, who are responsible for the safety and well-being of the property and its guests. The manager has the authority to ask any client to leave if necessary for their own medical safety or if their behaviour is significantly affecting the comfort and enjoyment of other guests.
The management cannot accept liability for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings while staying with us. Guests are kindly requested to use the locker provided in their room to store any valuables.
All additional services not included in the contracted agreement are chargeable and must be settled directly at the hotel.
Any dispute arising from this agreement will be governed by Indian law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Meghalaya High Court.
We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation if performance or timely performance is prevented or affected, or if you suffer any damage or loss as a result of “force majeure.” This refers to any event that we or the service provider could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual, perceived or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, and other similar circumstances beyond our control.
