The Ganesh Temple is believed to be 500 year old and locally known as Hati Pathar Temple . A rock had naturally formed the shape of an Elephant and this is believed to be Lord Ganesha by local people.

Rubber Plantation Visit

The rubber plantation belongs to Soil conservation, Karbi Anglong . Here guest can see how latex is collected from rubber trees. Rubber tapping (the process of latex collection) can only be seen in the month of January and February. However, useful insights can be gathered throughout the year.

Picnic at a
beautiful Spot

Located at a distance of approximately 3 kms,The fresh water of Kohora river flows straight out of the Karbi Anglong hills and the sight of uniformly growing vegetation in the hills make this area a perfect place for picnic.

The annual festival of IORA - The Retreat, kaziranga is held from the First Saturday of December to the Second Sunday of December.
